The hotel is conveniently located off the highway, making it easily accessible. The rooms were clean and modern, although they could have been a little cleaner. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff providing a mini-vacation feel. The location, while a bit off the beaten path, is close to other hotels and suitable for business stays. Dining options were available but came at an extra cost. Overall, a good value for money stay.

The location offered a mix of tranquility and noise, with the presence of a large homeless population nearby. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with stomach issues caused by some options. Overall, a stay with mixed feelings.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable and large, although facing a noisy and busy intersection in the Sacramento area. The gym was a standout feature. However, the chaotic location in a suburb called Rancho Cordova, rather than downtown Sacramento, was a downside along with the dining experience causing stomach problems. Overall, it was a stay with ups and downs.
Rooms
8.0
My room was very comfortable and spacious, making it a pleasant place to relax after a long day. The noise from the busy intersection was a bit bothersome, but the overall comfort was great.
Service
9.0
The hotel staff had the best attitudes, always with smiles and very accommodating. They quickly organized to move us to another room when needed, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay.
Location
6.0
The location had its ups and downs. While the large waterfall was a nice touch masking nearby highway noise, the area was chaotic with non-guests using facilities and propping gates open. Additionally, making hot water for tea without a coffee taste was a bit tricky.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience had its issues, causing stomach problems and discomfort. On the bright side, the buffet breakfast, although not the best, offered a decent variety including scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, and fresh fruits.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered decent amenities; however, there were issues with the dining area cleanliness and the functioning of the tea maker.
